Easy Eatery is an all-in-one solution designed to help you promote your café, pub or restaurant — centred around a powerful and easy-to-use website builder.
Easy Eatery is completely cloud-based and hosted, so you don't need to worry about upgrading or maintaining software or web servers. This leaves you free to focus on running your business.
We'll be offering Easy Eatery on a simple monthly subscription, costing £54 per month. We will be offering a small number of features as optional add-ons at additional cost. The first such feature is a table reseverations manager, which is currently in development.
We will be offering a discount equal to two months' free for customers who choose to pay annually.
Yes, our plan is to offer a seven day free trial, without needing a credit or debit card. After your trial, you must select a plan to continue using your Easy Eatery website.
No. There will be no contract or minimum term with Easy Eatery.
If you decide that Easy Eatery is not the right fit for your business, you will be able to cancel your plan at any time.
We're currently targeting 2023, but this is subject to several milestones still ahead of us.
Yes, you can use your domain name with Easy Eatery.
No, you do not need to be a designer or developer to use Easy Eatery.
Anyone with basic computer skills will be able to set up and manage an Easy Eatery website.
You will be able to select your website's theme and customise its look and feel; add your logo, change the colours and choose fonts to match your brand - and you will be in complete control of all your website's content.
Then you'll be able to use our more advanced developer features to customise an existing theme or create your own theme from scratch. You'll be able to extend our page builder with custom content blocks.
We're keen to provide the tools that'll allow developers to use Easy Eatery to full effect and create something unique. We're putting much of our energy into making Easy Eatery highly customisable.
Priority support will be included in all pricing plans. You'll be able to raise a support ticket with our team directly via your Easy Eatery account. You will also have access to our self-service knowledge base, which will contain comprehensive documentation, quick-start guides, and video tutorials.
Early access is an integral part of Easy Eatery's journey towards launch. We'll work with a small number of cafés, pubs and restaurants to test out a pre-release version of Easy Eatery.
Successful applicants will receive a free website powered by Easy Eatery and a professionally designed custom theme. The website will remain 100% free until six months after Easy Eatery launches in 2023.
We'll help you get everything set up and support you as much as possible throughout the programme and beyond.
In return, we'll ask you to complete short feedback forms on critical areas of our product and its features. We'll use your feedback to improve Easy Eatery further before we launch.Throughout the programme, we'll add new features to Easy Eatery and apply updates to existing features based on your feedback.
We understand that running any business is no small task. We don't want Easy Eatery to get in the way of your day-to-day. Our goal in collecting feedback will be to keep things short and straightforward.
We'll contact you to collect feedback no more than once a week, with forms taking 10 minutes or less to complete. We may send a follow-up email or two if we have questions, but we'll always try to keep it brief.
Early access will run until we're ready to launch Easy Eatery in full. We anticipate this being 2023, but if we need to go beyond, we will - Easy Eatery will only launch when it's ready.
You absolutely will — it is your theme, after all. You'll have input every step of the way. We'll provide you with an initial design to give feedback on, which we'll refine until you're happy.
Once we've designed everything, we'll build your theme, ensuring that it is fully responsive, highly accessible and matches the approved design.
We'll provide training to our early access participants as none of the planned onboarding tools, such as the product tour and our self-service knowledge base, will be available at this early stage.
Whilst every part of Easy Eatery is designed to be easy to use, it is ultimately a piece of software with several moving parts. We want to ensure the smoothest and most positive experience for our early access participants.
We'll migrate your website over to the full version of Easy Eatery. You'll be given a free six-month subscription (worth £324) as a thank you for your support during early access.
After the free six-month period ends, we hope you'll have seen the value in what Easy Eatery provides and will be happy to stay with us.
If you stay with us, we'll apply a 50% lifetime discount to your account on our subscription and any add-ons you enable.
It would be dishonest to answer this question with a conclusive 'no'. But we have done what we can to minimise the risk.
While we've tested Easy Eatery at length and we're confident in our product, there's always a risk — especially with pre-release software, that bugs might exist.
At this stage, it is more likely that something doesn't work quite as you'd expect, rather than not at all.
Your website will be backed up daily, and if anything does go wrong, we'll be here to react. Rest assured, you'll be in safe hands.
