Transactional email service migration

NewEasy Eatery

We have transitioned our transactional email service from SendGrid to Postmark.

This change was made in response to a large spike in email delivery failures for critical emails, such as booking confirmations and voucher emails sent via SendGrid, which was impacting both our customers and their customers alike.

Thanks in part to Postmark's approach to vetting user accounts before allowing them to send emails via their platform, we anticipate an immediate reduction in delivery failures.

Why Postmark?

Postmark is widely regarded as a more reliable and efficient service compared to SendGrid. This migration is expected to enhance email delivery performance across all use cases.
