We discovered and resolved an issue where booking dates could be interpreted incorrectly depending on a customer’s timezone.
This impacted client websites, when visitors in timezones other than GMT/BST.
In rare cases and only at certain times of day, this would cause the system to consider the selected date to be one day earlier or later than selected, which would then impact available sessions shown.
No action is required as the fix is already live.
The booking system now treats all selected dates consistently, regardless of where the customer is located, ensuring everyone sees the same availability for the same date.
