Table reservations - session update

We addressed an issue where the Pre-orders tab appeared empty when creating or editing a table reservations session on sites with no published menus.

Since pre-orders require at least one published menu, the absence of menus caused the tab to show no content.

A clear notice is now displayed in this scenario to explain why pre-orders cannot be enabled for the session.
