We identified and resolved an issue where, under certain circumstances, customers were not receiving booking enquiry/confirmation emails after paying a booking deposit.

What’s Changed?

  • The issue preventing confirmation emails from being sent has been fixed.
  • Emails are now being sent as expected when a booking deposit is paid.

Note: The information contained within the emails is displayed to customers on the "thank you" screen immediately after submitting a booking, so this ensured customers could still view the details of their booking even while the issue was present.

However, this fix ensures a smoother booking experience for customers moving forward.
