FeatureTable reservations
Service Sheets are a new printable view designed to support teams during service. They present all scheduled bookings for a selected date on an A4-friendly layout, ordered by time, so you can see the flow of the day at a glance.
What’s included
- Bookings listed in time order
- Primary guest name and party size
- Internal notes and customer notes (when available)
- Service-stage checkboxes: Arrived, Seated, Ordered, Fed, Paid
Printing options
- Option to include the session/serving time
- Option to print extra pages with blank rows for walk-ins or last-minute bookings
What’s coming
A future update will introduce a digital version of Service Sheets, optimised for iPads and phones.
This will sit alongside the already supported daily list and timeline views.
This version will allow you to check off stages during service and automatically update bookings in real time.
