Direct reply-to for administrator emails

We've added the ability to reply to emails sent to you via your Easy Eatery website, as if your customer had emailed you directly.

To make use of this update you need to ensure that:

  • The form has at least one email address field,
  • That this field be set as required, and
  • This email address field must be selected in the "Which field contains the customer's email address?" field, within the form behavior tab.

When a form meets these conditions, any administrator emails that this form sends, will have the customer's email address set as the 'reply to' address.

This means that you can simply click reply in your email client, to reply to the email as if the customer emailed you directly.
