Page builder bug fix

We discovered that when using the page builder's version control feature to publish a different version of the page, the site's cache for that page was not being automatically purged.

Whilst it was possible to use the cache manager to manually purge the page, this is something that was intended to be automatic.

This issue has been resolved.
