All about early-access

All about early-access

These past few weeks have seen us put the pedal to the metal on Easy Eatery's development. To say that it's been intense would be an understatement.

But I'm pleased to say that we've made a tremendous amount of progress in several key areas. As a result, I'm excited to finally talk more about our early access programme, which is now accepting applications.

What is early access?

Early access is the next stage in Easy Eatery's development.

Now that we've completed the fundamentals of Easy Eatery, we're ready to put it in the hands of a small number of businesses so that we can verify that everything works as expected.

In our early access programme, we'll do just that — and we're offering some exclusive incentives to those to choose to participate. You won't find an offer like this anywhere else.

What would I get by participating?

In short, there are four key benefits to participating in early access:

  • free Easy Eatery website, which remains 100% free until six months after the launch of Easy Eatery
  • free custom theme for your Easy Eatery website worth over £2000
  • 50% lifetime discount on any of our subscription plans after your free period ends
  • Priority support by email, phone and video call, as well as our upcoming self-service knowledge base

What would I have to do in return?

Honest feedback is what we're looking for — positive or negative.

We'll help you create your website's pages, add your menus and set up any contact or enquiry forms you need. , We'll also provide full training on getting the most out of Easy Eatery.

From there, you'll be free to run your website the best way for you and your business. We'll be hands-off once your website is live but will be available to help if needed.

From time to time, we'll ask you to answer questions about your experience with Easy Eatery. These questions will focus on one feature at a time and will be kept brief.

We'll take on board the feedback you give us, which we'll use to improve Easy Eatery.

What happens after early access is over?

When we launch Easy Eatery in full, we'll end early access and migrate your website over to the full version of Easy Eatery. At this point, you'll be given a free six-month subscription as a thank you for your help.

You'll need to choose from one of our paid plans at the end of the free subscription, but we'll apply a 50% lifetime discount to your account.

Ready to sign up?

We're now accepting applications for our early access programme. The number of places in the programme is limited, and we're reviewing applications on a first-come, first-served basis.

You can apply for early access right here.
