We’ve launched an initial version of automatic JSON-LD generation for your business homepage.
This first version includes:
- Business name & website
- Contact details (phone & email)
- Social links
- Address with latitude/longitude & map link
- Opening hours (converted to the correct structured format)
- Direct booking link (if the table reservations app is enabled on your website)
Why it matters:
Your business information is now published in a machine-readable format. This means:
- AI-powered search engines (Google, Bing) can display rich results with accurate details like hours and contact info.
- AI systems and assistants (e.g. ChatGPT, Google Bard, Alexa, Siri) can understand and surface your business information more reliably when customers ask questions.
Going forwards:
We will expand on the data included in this output and add support for other areas of your website, such as food and drink menus, gift vouchers and more.
