Complete our application form with basic information about your business. If you're in the hospitality industry, serve food and have 2,000+ followers on Facebook or Instagram, then we're eager to hear from you.
We review applications on a first-come, first-served basis. If everything checks out, we'll reach out to discuss the next steps.
Once your application is accepted, we'll ask you to fill out a short survey about your business. This helps us get to know you and understand what'll work best for you and your customers. With this information, we can create a design that truly represents your business.
To get started with the design process, we ask for the £500 design fee upfront. Once that’s sorted, we’ll design your website based on everything we've learned from you. There are no additional costs until your site is ready to launch, and after that, its just the simple £49 monthly subscription.
Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll start to build your website. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to provide feedback along the way, and we’ll make sure everything is just right before moving on.
After the site is built, we’ll provide full training to you and your team on how to use Easy Eatery. We’ll help you add content, set up your pages, and make sure everything’s in place for a smooth launch. When you’re ready, we’ll be right there to help you go live!

In terms of revenue or other limits, there are none - your Easy Eatery website will be yours to use to be as successful as possible, for as long as you want it.
We review all applications on a first-come, first-served basis, if your application meets the criteria (outlined in the next question), we’ll contact you to discuss the next steps and secure your spot in the early bird programme.
As part of the process, we'll arrange a demo of Easy Eatery, either in person or via video call, so you can see our platform in action and ask any questions you might have.

Once you’ve made the payment, we'll get cracking designing your bespoke website and provide branding support.
You'll have plenty of opportunity to provide feedback on what we create for you, to ensure it meets your needs and expectations.
Closer to launch, we'll provide social graphics inspired by your new website for you to use and if applicable, we’ll also arrange venue photography.
Just before we launch your website, we'll arrange full training on how to get the most out of Easy Eatery and support you with adding your content, to help you hit the ground running.
No, the design fee is not refundable, as it covers the cost of your bespoke web design and related services.
However, we’re confident you’ll love the results (and will work to ensure this is the case) and the value you’ll receive as an Early Bird customer!
If you don't want our venue photography service, or if your venue is more than two hours from Cardiff, the design fee is reduced to £400. However, we strongly recommend taking advantage of this service.

Costs & payment
To join the early bird programme, there is:
a one-time, up-front fee of £500, and
a £49 per month subscription
The one-time fee helps cover the cost of your bespoke website design, branding support, and venue photography (if applicable).
The monthly subscription covers all hosting and technical maintenance of your website and supports the ongoing development of Easy Eatery.
The subscription isn't chargeable until your site is ready to launch.
As part of the Early Bird Programme, your monthly cost will remain the same for the life of your website, it will never increase, even with inflation.

Our goal for early bird customers is to create a website that is tailored to their restaurant’s unique identity and fully showcase the features of our platform. Bespoke design is the best way to ensure this.
The fee helps cover the cost— at least in part— of the services included in this offer; custom web design, branding support, and photography (if applicable).
It also reflects your commitment as an early adopter. In return, we’ll dedicate significant time and resources—worth well above the £500 fee—to deliver a high-quality, bespoke website.
The £500 design fee is paid upfront when you join the Early Bird Programme.
It ensures that we can dedicate the time and resources needed to create your bespoke website, provide branding support, and venue photography.
You won’t start paying the monthly subscription fee until your website is fully built, tested and ready to launch.
When the time comes, we’ll send you a link to set up your subscription, ensuring you’re only paying monthly once your site is live and actively making you money.
Subscription & future updates
Yes, you can cancel your subscription if you decide Easy Eatery isn't a good fit for your business. If you cancel, we'll be sad to see you go, but we'll ensure you have a copy of all your bookings and orders to ensure you don't lose anything important.
If you decide you want to come back within 30 days, you're very welcome to do so, we can reactivate your site no trouble.
If you want to return after 30 days however, we can still facilitate this, but the lifetime discount will no longer apply and you'd need to pay the standard monthly rate of £99 per month instead.
As an early adopter, you’ll have the opportunity to try out new features and updates before they are made widely available.
Your feedback will help us refine and improve Easy Eatery, ensuring the platform meets the needs of real businesses like yours.
Don't worry, as an early bird customer, your website will gain access to every feature we add to Easy Eatery, at no extra cost.
